Drizit Active 4 Metre Oil Boom

Supplied in packs of 2, our Drizit Active oil absorbent boom is manufactured from a grey nonwoven outer based on thermally bonded continuous bi-component filaments, PET core and PA-6 skin (nylon), 10 dtex per filament. This strong and porous outer combined with the highly absorbent polypropylene filler makes for a high performance absorbent boom.

The traditional tie joins enable sections of the Drizit Active oil absorbent boom to be tied together to make make up to any required length. The positive join will not allow the sections of oil boom to drift apart preventing oil from escaping between the lengths of oil boom.

Their size and weight ensures that Drizit Active Oil Booms will not lift in bad weather conditions.

Drizit Active oil absorbent boom will not sink even when saturated. Use:

• To contain or control any spill
• Place around at-risk outlets to contain spill at source
• Place around industrial water coolant inlets as a preventative measure against contamination
